Swivel chairs will differ slightly in their assembly method, but the principles remain the same for all our models. Your chair will arrive in a manageable size box that can usually be carried by one person, unpack all the parts, including the bolts and fixing tools, and set them out. So you can easily identify them. Then study the supplied instructions carefully before you begin to assemble the chair start by taking one of the five larger l-shaped chair legs and attach it to the hexagonal stump using the bolts and Allen keys, supplied, repeat the procedure for the remaining four legs, making sure that All the legs are level and flat on the floor before fully tightening now do the same with the four smaller l-shaped footstool legs.
Slotting them into the square stamp is shown once again make sure that the legs are flat on the floor before fully tightening the bolts attach the legs to the base of the footstool and tighten securely using the bolt supplied now align the holes in the back of The seat with the holes in the base slot into place and insert the connection bolts into each side tighten the nut securely using the spanner and the Allen key supplied screw the pensioner into the support stump at the base of the chair. As this will stop the chair reclining and make it easier for you to finish, the assembly attaches the armor plates to the chair, making sure the overhang is on the outside of the arm and screw in securely using the Allen. Key supplied now place the arm.
On top of the metal plate and turn the chair onto its side for ease of working using the bolts and washers supplied line the arms with the bolt holes in the plate and tighten securely. Now that the chair is fully assembled. Attach the chair legs to the bottom of the chair, as shown making sure that the stump is fully inserted straight and level into the hole the chair is now complete and ready for your enjoyment. Should you need to disassemble a chair for any reason, removal of the leg stump can be a little bit tricky, it's not difficult to do, but it does need some care to turn the chair upside down and remove both connecting bolts at the back of the seat.
Turn the chair back onto its feet and ease the back of the chair forward slightly so that you can pull the seat upwards through the gap. We suggest you cover the metal connecting point with your hands, as you do so, as this will avoid any scratching to the back of the chair. By pulling the seat fully forward, you will now be able to see the top of the hexagonal stump, hit the stump sharply down several times with a hammer, and you should then be able to remove the entire leg unit from the chair.
